Tenant Application Forms

When you are ready to submit your application to let a property, there are a number of documents that you will need.

1. You will need the address of the property you are planning to rent (this can be found on the property particulars and listing page on this website)
2. Proof of ID: Passport and Visa (if applicable)
3. Proof of address: Current driving license, A recent bank statement or utility bill, proof of employment contract, copy of existing tenancy agreement
4. Proof of earnings: 3 months or 12 weeks pay slips and the last 3 months bank statements

If your application is accepted by the landlord you are required to pay a holding fee equivalent to 1 weeks rent. The holding fee is nonrefundable should you fail the referencing or your guarantor  and/or for any reason you are unable to enter into a tenancy agreement for the above property.

Guarantors are only considered and accepted at the landlords discretion

Next of Kin – friend or family member that are not party to the tenancy

Employer details – must be either Director of the company, HR or payroll and accounts
