Does My Property Need to Be Ready?

Some properties may require improvements or adaptations before entering our programme.
We offer two flexible options:
WE INVEST
Urban Housing Group can fund agreed improvements, with our investment reflected in the agreed lease rent.
YOU INVEST
You complete the agreed improvements and, where appropriate, receive the corresponding higher lease rental figure.
We’ll assess your property and discuss the best option with you before anything is agreed.
